For PC :

1. Download Pd-Proxy Software,Unzip The File.

2. Now Connect Your Dongle at Your 

apn: Internet

3.  Register Pd-Proxy Account and After that Open Pd-Proxy Launcher and Enter Your Username and Password There.

4. Now Go Settings>Advanced Settings>Proto Options.Do the Following Settings There :

TCP Server Port : 0

UDP Server Port : 49200

Blind Local Port : 0

Save and Go Back.

5. Now, Go To Tap Drivers and click On Install Tap Drivers,Save and Go Back.Now Click On Connect Button.Wait Seconds and You will Be Connected To Server.

For Android :

1. Install Droid VPN From google Play Store.

2. Open It,Register For Droid VPN and Login to the App.

3. Now Go To Setting>Connection Protocol.Select UDP.

4. Now Go to Port Settings and Set

UDP Port: 49200

5. Save and Connect to any Free Server.
